Is it normal to find going to the eye doctor relaxing?

Basically I love having my eyes tested. The optician always speaks so quietly and becuase the lights are dimmed I just want to fall asleep. Anyone else the same?

    Its relaxing up until the part they shoot the air in your eye

    I feel the opposite. I hate eye doctors - they are perverts and freaks. I'm slowly developing an all-out fear of them. Their voices are soft and relaxing because they are on some sht... they put too much crap in their eyes.
