Is it normal to find fat people unattractive?
I don't think fat people are 100%% ugly, per se, but I don't find them attractive. I check out others a lot, in a non-sexual way, I can't help it, it's just something I notice and look for. Sometimes I see a chubbier person who really does look good. However, I think actual obese people are just ugly and horrendous. Though rest assured I don't show it, I'm generally even respectful and nice, except with horrible people whom I avoid.
I feel kind of guilty about this, though I suspect it's at least partially socially imposed. Don't get me wrong, I'm not biased against them as people, I'm biased against their looks. I just don't... I don't know, maybe this is a silly guilty feeling. I know people who dislike fat people on principle, since they feel it's 97%% laziness. I like to think fatness is due to being addicted to food/eating :(
PS: I'm not American. My country is generally pretty fit, especially compared to everyday photos of Americans I've seen.
