I am not a huge fan of feet regardless, but I find fat people's feet extremely appalling. The fact you have become so fat your feet have become fat and in some cases even increased in show size? Gross. It looks like fat little sausages with fleshy heels.
that is funny sometimes i get grossed out if someone's feet are very skinny and you can see all their foot veins.
my old primary school teacher was a massive lady. she used to wear open toe heels all the time and the fat from her feet used to spill over the front of the shoes and almost over her toes. it was so disgusting and it must have been so uncomfortable for her.

I understand some people might have a little extra weight on, but to be so fat your shoe size increases? Come on people... take the fork out of your mouth.
that and cankles...you know, when the calf and ankle are one and the same? GROSS.
