You know from Family Guy. I admit, I'm bi, but there is something hot about him...lol. I think I've had the hots for him since the first time I watched FG all those years ago. So is it weird for me to find him sexy?

Normal. He has human qualities and I'll admit that there is something "attractive" about his character. However, as long as you don't have sexual needs for real life dogs and cartoon dogs like Scooby-Doobie Doo, it is fine.
Considering he has a decent amount of rule 34, there are at least some people that seem to think the same way.
Oddly enough, there are a few non-human characters with almost more porn made of them than many human characters, in fact, 6 of the top 10 most rule 34ed characters are non-human! (And those 6 are from one show!)

I don't think so, plenty of people have a crush on some fictional character. Weirdly enough though, if you actually look at Seth Macfarlane, that's pretty much Brian, personality and all. Kind of like how Mordecai from Regular Show is pretty much J.G Quintel.
