The idea of a blowjob doesn't turn me on at all. I know what y'all gonna say about not bashing it till you've tried it, but seems so demeaning for the girl involved that I wouldn't be able to fully appreciate it, no matter how 'good' it felt. Also, I find it somewhat gross that someone could actually enjoy giving one.
Side note: I have none of these feelings about anal.

    It's only demeaning if you make it demeaning. If you have mutual respect with your sex partner, there's nothing degrading about blowjobs. When I describe it, it's just like making out but instead of two mouths and no penises it's one mouth and one penis. There's nothing demeaning about making out :P I find it kind of sad that oral sex generally has such a strong connotation with humiliation and degradation. Oral sex on a woman doesn't have the those limiting connotations (or at least, not as strongly), so oral sex on a man shouldn't have them either.

    The reality for most people is that giving pleasure is fun, not demeaning. In porn and popular culture, giving oral sex is often portrayed as relating somehow to power and domination. It just isn't like that when it's actually happening in real life. I can't say I've ever felt like I was dominating my sex partner any of the times I've had oral sex.

    I suppose it would pretty tough to understand why someone would enjoy giving a blowjob if you don't like penises. I don't think that's necessarily important, though. As long as your partner enjoys what they are doing and you enjoy what you are doing, all is well.

    If you don't like it then don't do it. There's nothing wrong with saying "not my cup of tea, no thank you" to sexual acts or even sex itself for that matter.

    As for why other's do it... it's because they enjoy giving and receiving pleasure.
