Is it normal to feel uncomfortable after a workout?

After I do a workout, not a very intense one, I start to feel dizzy and in pain regardless of whether I'm hydrated or not. I get a headache that lasts for hours on end. I've smoked some cigarettes and some weed before but I doubt that has anything to do with it. is it normal to feel like this after every workout?

    not smoked before workout, im sure the person means theyve smoked in the past... that wont have anything to do with it... i work out alll the time.. right now infact having a break, i used to smoke weed an cigs constantly.. i always feel great, shaky, but great after a workout.
    i recon your doing something either very wrong in your work out - consult someone with experiance, or your diet and/or sleep patterns could have something wrong with them.
    if non of the obove - consult a medical pro, you are very ill!!! D:

    I would try eliminating the smoking before and see what happens - at least you could rule it out or not.
    I would also get your blood pressure checked out.
    Especially though - I would also ensure that you eat something (healthy obviously) about 1.5-2 hours before you work out - your blood sugar could be the issue.

    I'm no expert but maybe skip the smokes. I don't think inhaling smoke in your lungs before a work out it good. Especially if you do cardio.
