JUST PLEASE hear me out, I don't mean to sound full of myself. Trust me, I'm not. Lol But my friends tell me I'm gorgeous, and so do my guy friends, but none ask me out. Im a junior in highschool.btw. So I asked by best guy why?? And he said "I would be afraid to go out with someone as beautiful as you. You're literally intimidating." (I know he's the bomb) but i feel lonely and ugly since no one asks me out. I mean it, no one. Is this normal :(?

    I've got a friend who seems to exist in a whole other plane of existence because of her looks. Although I've always found her extremely attractive, it would never have crossed my mind for one moment to think about her romantically. She was single for a couple of years because, apparently, everyone else felt the same.

    I'm in the same boat. Everyone tells me that I'm beautiful. I just don't see it myself. That's a good thing, rather that than be conceited.

    Be patient you're just in high school. A ton of people are intimidated and afraid in highschool

    This is more normal than you would believe! No guy want to be rejected, and with someone gorgeous, it can be quite intimidating! So few take the chance with you, but you can turn the table of odds and ask a guy to come see a movie with you, or if you got one guy you are interested in, do your home work on him, and ask him to do the things that he enjoys!
