Is it normal to feel trapped inside your own mind?

I feel like there is a physical boundary in between my mind and the rest of the world in that I cannot express what I am truly thinking. I'm rather quiet and daydream often.

Well, This is a very common phenomenon, often called "Dumbassery". It's truly amazing and yet extremely common. Every 5 in 5 people have encountered this phenomenon. Well, im going to go back to snorting titty sprinkles up my nose.

    Narrated by Morgan Freeman.

You're asking a bunch of weirdos on the internet whether it's normal to feel trapped in your mind. Obviously they're going to think it's normal. Saying that, I fully empathise and oft feel the impenetrable barrier between my conciousness and the world as being...impenetrable. Or something.

Go further down the rabbit hole. Although you do say that you feel you can't express what you're thinking, maybe you're just stupid and need to read a dictionary

Me too. I've found it so difficult to communicate in the past, that this is why I write the way I do now. It's not me being pretentious. I'm just desperate not to be misunderstood yet again.
