Is it normal to feel this way about my friend?

I barely started hanging out with this girl, I don't know much about her but we get faded together. She's very calm and mysterious. Well we got drunk and she kept trying to hold my hand and when she was changing she asked me if I wanted to feel her ass. I didn't want to be rude so I touched it. She took of her shirt and played with her breasts in front of me and asked me if I was a guy would I be horny. I didn't say anything and she laughed and put her shirt back on. She told me how horny she was and then 5 mins after that she started to act like her normal self. Could she be bi? Or do some people only act like that when they're drunk? Should I pursue her? I've never felt this way before about a girl.. Am I bi-curious?
