Is it normal to feel this way about a man who raped me?

Yes, I know this is posted alot but my story is different! I like this guy and we dated during January of last year. He even went to court with me a couple of times because i was raped and they had to put the man on jail. He knows EVERYTHING about me! And i know everything about him(not now)We lasted until April then I had to move away, but I'm back now and I thought of him the whole time I was gone. So I get back to our school and he has a girlfriend (who I hate!! We were enemies before I moved and we still are!) but he still talks and flirts with me, he even got me a necklace on vacation! I never can get him out of my mind so how can i tell him I like him without him thinking I'm a freak?
