Is it normal to feel this ill and then crave cheese?

So the title is weird but please allow me to explain. Sometimes, not very often, I'll do something that requires a lot of moving (energy I guess?) like today, I changed my bedsheets. Before this, I'd eaten dinner a few hours before and then about an hour before changing my bedsheets, I'd eaten a chocolate bar. Let's get to the point, I'd eaten fine and then changed the bed when suddenly I felt really sick. Like, the vomit was coming up but I couldn't be sick; kind of like acid reflex. Then I started shaking and my legs were shaking badly. I went to have a shower and the world started to spin and everything was kind of weird looking and I just felt really weird overall. My stomach felt heavy and I still felt sick, then after my shower I was really out of breath and my hands and legs were so badly shaking that I had to get into bed in case I was going to faint. Then after a few minutes, I just really started craving something with cheese in it, specifically a cheese sandwich. I should mention that sometimes this happens even when I'm not moving around. Is this normal and can anybody tell me what the hell is going on?

You honestly think changing your sheets requires "a lot of moving (energy I guess?)"? Really?
Jeeze, I'm 68 and I think that's a minor bit of energy expenditure.
Perhaps you need to get to a doctor and get an in-depth check up. I'm not being shitty here, but something is very, very wrong with you, physically.

this doesn't happen every time i change my bed sheets??? i do work outs and i'm a dancer so i'm physically fit, i just meant changing bed sheets does take a lot of movement because i have a double bed and i have two duvets to change.

My bed is a full queen and it's on a boat (small space; bending over under the deck) and even at my age it's one of the least strenuous activities in my life. Really, you need to see a doctor, this could be the early stages of something serious.
