Is it normal to feel this effect

I smoked weed 5 days ago and the day after I started feeling tingling and kinda numbness in my left hand and back of forearm and recently moved to my right hand, sometimes back and forth. It only feels this way when I touch certain textures like cloth covers cloths etc. what does this mean?

    Weed will do a lot of weird shit to you, including cause paranoia. That is probably what it is. If you pay too much attention to your body (which is what you're probably doing considering that it does not seem as if you are a veteran stoner or any of that shit, otherwise, you would not be asking) IF you pay too much attention to your body, you'll realize that it does weird things...

    And stuff, definitely stuff.
