Is it normal to feel so betrayed over a glass?

my father who's recently had surgery has been a giant pain in the ass lately. he took my favorite drinking glass (i've had it forever, he knew it was mine, and there was a stack of disposable cups he could have used easier), put a hole in the bottom and used it to cradle his testicles while he pisses in the shower (the surgery was for a hernia around his groin). i feel so angry and betrayed at this point i want to break his jaw. is it normal to feel this way.

    Actually, explain this a little more. Not certain, but i think i detected a faint whiff of troll. I understand the premise that he has had a hernia surgery. But a) why is he pissing in the shower? B) if he wants to cup his nuts while he pisses why doesn't he use his free hand? C) i assume this is a nondisposable cup, why go through the effort, considering you've just had surgery, to laboriously bore a hole through plastic cup when there is styrofoam or paper nearby? D) how fucking saggy are pop's balls to reach the bottom of a cup to be cradled

    I'm not callin you a troll, but i want answers!

      he had the surgery and he's complaining about how swollen he is. he's weighs 400 pounds and is in pain. his solution for this is to cup it. he ultimately decided to use the shower instead. what pissed me off was that there was a stack of disposable cups on the shelf closer to where he is sitting

    Just calm down.

    Maybe since it looked so old he thought that you wouldn't mind? He probably thought that this was was better to use then a new one.

    & maybe the disposable cups weren't sturdy enough?

    & at least he kind of used it for a good purpose?

    I think that was very rude of him. He knew that was your special cup and he used it to suit his own purposes. A glass cup is meant to last as long as possible and know you'll never be able to use it again. Tell him off! How dare he use your special cup?!

    I'm sorry but you're going to have to get a new cup.... I don't think you should ever leave him around your cups ever again. Put them under lock and key!

    its not all take from dad his testicles gave you life let them rest easy in your most favorite glass , thankfuly he drilled the hole otherwise u mightnt have known that would be worse , good story he gave u that too

    It was rude of him, yes. And I know how easy it is to get attached to things. You should understand that he's in pain, but at the same time, it is alright to be mad or at least annoyed at him. It was a disrespectful thing to do. You can talk to him about it when he's better.
