Is it normal to feel slight pain in my nose when sickened?

Whenever I hear someone talking about a surgery or scare myself by looking up medical problems on the internet I both feel nauseous and have an uncomfortable pain in my nose and head, like a headace. When a paramedic was explaining to my class how they revive overdosed drug users, the pain became so uncomfortable that I had to leave to get fresh air. I made our Sex Ed. teacher stop talking about the effects of STDs so I could leave and the pain would stop. It isn't severe, but it's very uncomfortable. Is it normal to get this sort of pain in association with feeling sickened? I also have generalized anxiety disorder, could that be related?

My feet get tingly and feel uncomfortable whenever I see some one with a recent injury/surgery or people talk about it. I would say it's normal. You're just squeamish.
