So, almost a year ago, I posted this question "Is it normal that I threw up when my twin had sex?". I literally threw up when I knew my twin had had sex. I was a virgin then and I felt so jealous I guess. I had sex after some months, finally losing my virginity as well, and for a while my relationship with my sister was alright. She's got a boyfriend now, and every time I know he is at her's, I feel dizzy. I can't eat, I can't move fast or I feel like I'm falling and I feel nauseous.

    Mind hindering.

    It's not normal, sounds like the physiological result of a purely psychosomatic response. Why would you be so anxious about your sister's love-life? Is it jealousy? Fear?
