For as long as I can remember, I've only had the strongest urge to have sex or masturbate when my bladder's full. It gives me a lot more pleasure and arousal than other forms of sexual simulation on an empty bladder. Although once I urinate, all those feelings are over.

    It's totally normal for me. The first time I noticed it, I was a preschooler. I didn't know what sex was, but squeezing my crossed legs together while rocking made me have to pee really bad, but also gave me my first orgasm.
