Is it normal to feel sexual pleasure when i need to pee?

Recently I've found that I can actually reach orgasm if I hold my pee in long enough. I'm talking about really intense orgasms here. I'm pretty sure I got a UTI because of it but I can't stop doing it, it's addictive. Is this normal? Does anyone else do it? It seems pretty not-normal.
