Is it normal to feel sad for emmett till?

No, I'm not African American, but a few days ago Carolyn Bryant admitted she was lying. That poor child was lynched and I feel this old lady should be procecuted to the fullest extent of the law. She should spend her last few years remaining locked in solitary confinement. Shame on her.

i don't think she should be killed, it'd be too merciful. let her rot in prison until the end of her days, alongside other prisoners who would know far more painful and torturous methods that would make her regret killing an innocent child.

I just reashered on Google. I've heard about the Emmett Till story but it seems she sorta kinda gave a hint she was lying in 2007. But she actually said less than a week ago she was LYING. I say we lock the White BITCH up and when she dies electrocute her, then set her body on fire and feed it to the most vicious of carnivorous animals.

And just how does that make you any better than her?

I never said I was better. But it just seems only fair. If it happened over 60 years or not she got a teenage boy killed. She need to pay for her crimes.

Fry the bitch in the ELECTRIC CHAIR. Before death, not after.

When you fight violence with violence you spread hate, and don't you think there's enough hate in the world already?

Her husband and her brother-in-law were acquitted by an all white jury of Emmett Till's murder but later confessed to it in a magazine and as far as I can see were never even prosecuted for perjuring themselves, so it's fairly unlikely there's any point in prosecuting an 82 year old woman for telling stupid lies in 1955.

There's even less point in electrocuting a dead body and doing other weird things to it: what exactly is that supposed to achieve?
