So I'm a gay guy and I kind of have sex a lot. When I'm really emotional sex makes me feel better but after I just feel 10x worse. I feel like I want to be in a relationship but I know that won't make me feel any better... I'm just all over the place...

    Easy: You use sex to numb your emotions and once the sex is over you might feel worse.

    Some people have sex to get just a taste of intimacy. Sex and intimacy is not necessary the same thing.
