It is attachment giving you anxiety-like symptoms. One of the main complaints of anxiety disorder is physical aching, especially in response to stressful events or triggers. You happen to be getting them in response to your thinking or being attached to another person. It's not "intense love", it's anxiety like attachment symptoms and over time, you will learn to recognize the difference between the anxiety and actual love.
In the mean time, I'd advise you use birth control. It's really easy for girls to think "oh, it's ok, I think he is the one!" purely in response to this feeling of attachment. No matter what you believe about the person you're with, look out for #1 (you) first.
GOD I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE! When I had my first boyfriend I remember my wrists and hands aching when I thought of him. I don't know if it's normal, but I suppose since the mind is so powerful you can physically ache from longing and intense love. *shrug*
I think it is to do with your nutrition!
The intense way you feel for that person, and any fears or excitement you may have about where they will lead, can exert stress on your body!
"Butterflies" in the stomach are actually a rush of adrenaline!
It's like a small panic or anxiety attack but because you are happy, it feels quite good.
But having such rushes will eventually take a toll on your body, and you need to rebuild the minerals lost when your body gives you that energy!
Also, pills may not be the answer...
Sometimes our body weakens in many ways due to lack of needed nutrition!
So sometimes the right foods can fix a lot of issues such as this one :)
I think you are a troll! :D
No seriously, nothing to do with my nutrition. Or I'd feel like this on a daily basis, and I don't.
It's only when I start to miss people I really love.
:( TROLL! I've never even been accused of such a thing before haha...
My trollginity is broken :'(
But basically, I have got like this on a daily basis, because an intestinal bug is stealing my nutrition!
So I thought I'd throw it out there in case.
But I'm glad it's not that :)
I thought you meant when you first meet them, but if it's to do with missing people, of course you feel like that! I get like that all the time, especially recently.
I hope things get better for you :) and usually trolls are lazy weirdos who wouldn't think so hard, and they never give any real advice lol.
Aww a bit nervous are we?
Basically anxiety, there are a number of factors that actually cause this reaction but, it basically boils down to anxiety. Unless of course you have NPS (nervous pain syndrome)
Which is a disorder I just created.
