Could be car sickness.

Motion sickness happens when I try to read anything in a moving car

I have the same problem when using my phone in a car. I don't think it matters what your looking at, phone, book, game, etc. .

When you aren't paying attention to your surroundings you feel motion sickness as your brain probably doesn't get y ur moving when ur absorbed in something else.

Sounds like motion sickness to me. I can't watch movies on my iPod Nano because it makes me feel ill.
