Is it normal to feel like your life is set up?

Is it normal to feel like your parents and everyone around you are actors testing you in different situations? And when you see someone that looks like someone you know you think they're the same actor? I know it's not true, but is it normal to consider it?

Yeah we are set up in a crappy system called society. We have to waste the younger part of our lives doing countless hours of useless education, which if we do not, we have to live without a decent job and die of hunger or be an outcast, a criminal. In the older part of our lives we have to fall under the burden of family responsibility, with very little individual freedom and we cannot do what we want cause society prevents us from fulfilling our deepest urges. There is no freedom, we are all bounded to society.

I've sometimes had thoughts like that, but for me, it's nothing more than an interesting thought exercise.
