Is it normal to feel like your being watched?
Almost all of the time that I KNOW others are around, (could be family, friends, or strangers), I feel as if i am being watched. and so, i calculate my moves. ...its quite debilitating, and i feel like i cant be myself around anyone...or speak my true thoughts etc...so i usually alter what i want to say or do, in some way.
I know that this isnt healthy, and i really wish it werent so. but, am i alone on this? any advice on how to release this fear?
