Is it normal to feel like you've just tripped but you haven't?
Sometimes when I'm just about sleeping but still awake lying in my bed I'll feel like I've just tripped and it totally 100% feels like it and then I remember wait... I'm lying down... I didn't just trip
And I'm like what?! Because it seemed so real! It's happened a couple times before. And now very recently I was almost sleeping and I moved my head up a little bit and I felt like I bonked my head and my natural reflexes reacted as if I actually had just bonked my head but I hadn't! IIN? And if so, why does it happen?
