Is it normal to feel like u have creep crawlies all over ur back?

Firstly before u ask my personal hygiene is great. I sometimes get like a little tingling sensation kinda like theres some little insect crawling on the upper of my back. I've taken extra care witht that area using a back scratcher thing but the problems still there its weird
