Is it normal to feel like this without drugs?

Last night I started feeling tired around 2 am, and went to lay down shortly after. Upon laying down I was almost asleep but this overwhelming feeling of warmth and pleasure started around my stomach and moved throughout my body much like when you smoke a good indica. I can honestly say it felt like a really good body high. I had no nausea or any negative type of feeling. The warm feeling was almost pulsating it would come around the stomach spread throughout my body, and then repeat in the same matter.

After this continued for around 30 seconds, I tried to roll onto my back but I had no control of my movement. I tried moving my arm but it wouldn't. The warm pleasurable feeling and the fact that I had no control felt very good in a weird way, so I figured I might as well take advantage of the free high. I did not see the time as I couldn't necessarily move to check my phone, but this feeling persisted until I fell asleep. I woke up this morning around 10 and feel perfectly fine now.

Does anyone know what this feeling was? It was very pleasurable and I wouldn't mind feeling it tonight. Is it normal?

Rub Vicks Vapor Rub all over your nude body and then lay in front of a fan. It feels AWESOME... I imagine.

A couple things occur to me.

The first is that your inability to move and the circumstances surrounding the "high" sound a bit like sleep paralysis, where during deep sleep, your mind wakes up, but your body remains asleep, and you are therefore unable to move. I've experienced it myself, and while your mind is awake, there is an altered-state-of-consciousness kind of feel to it. Most people (including myself), however, report this as being an incredibly frightening and unpleasant experience, which leads me to think that sleep paralysis is probably not the answer.

The second is that, while pleasurable, this experience could potentially indicate something being wrong with you physiologically. I might talk to a doctor about it.
