Is it normal to feel like this at some point in life?

Do people lose the aspect of feeling.. In other words being numb.. Not physically but emotionally.. I don't seem to find something that Interests me anymore like (relationship, music, movies, sex,Traveling, religion, drugs and alcohol) and cant think of anything.. I've tried drinking and smoking mostly which are just temporary .. I still feel so empty.,is it like a normal thing that people experience or am just effed up?

I think it depends at what stage of life you are at, for example, when I was responsible for looking after young children, I found it not very enjoyable to get drunk or smoke around them, so consequently didn't need or want a drink of alcohol for many years, I`ve since made up for it a bit ;-) but, it wasn't for constructive reasons and I drank far too much at one point after splitting with my ex, which looking back wasn't really helping matters, but, the gist is I think at various times in life different things become more important and some things which you enjoyed at one time can take on a lower level of interest.

Ive felt empty before too. I might feel it now lol

Your emotions though never go away permanently, they just hide if anything

You can get them back :)

    Maybe your just lazy?

              Oh hey congrats :)

Wow second degree? Holy crap lol
              Damn that sounds good

Maybe it's the opposite of working hard then, maybe you could use a break

I think you working so hard couldve made yourself numb because you constantly have to manage stuff like a robot lol

So maybe more time to relax

I dont know, do you think you're lazy?

You obviously seem like you lost interest in life.

You could try new things. Going fishing, camping, ect.

Try new things, and maybe that'll bring a spark back to you feeling like you want to enjoy life :)
