My Friend tried to hook me up with her brother in law, and I am interested now, but I don't know how to tell her, it's pretty embarrassing and don't want to come across as desperate.
Any advice or tips you could help me with to talk to her about him or let her know I am interested in a nice way?

    If she already offered, it'd be hard to come across desperate. So just ask any way you want.

    What are your reservations apart from not wanting to appear desperate or potential embarrassment?

    Do you know him already? If so, does he seem like an okay person?

    If you like the idea of a relationship (with him?) why not give it a go?

    I'd just bring it up, as I doubt your friend would ever think you "desperate." Those thypes of things are normally just in your head. Be like "hey, how's the in-law doing? You were right, he's pretty nice/cute/sweet. Any way you could set us up again?"

    Or, you could always try to find him via your friend's Facebook friends list.
