Is it normal to feel like this

Basacly im a guy, only thing is i dont feel like one, sometimes im girly and stuff. Also im not atracted to guys, ive thaught alot about it and i have considerd havin a sex chainge, but not realy for me, i just dont get it. Im a boy who wants to be a girl that loves girls.
Is this normal?
