Is it normal to feel like the only person who is pro-choice?

I honestly feel like I'm the only person who is pro choice whenever the topic of abortion is brought up. I don't mean to sound like a supporter for it, I just believe it's their personal right to choose what suits them. Now whenever I tell people what I'm for whenever I'm asked, they see me as a heretic for speaking such blasphemy coming from my mouth. Mostly everyone I know is pro life and they despise my opinion. This makes me feel I'm the only one that no one won't comprehend my reason. I feel like I'm a bad person for thinking that.
is it normal to feel this way?

It's probably just because of your location and no you shouldn't feel guilty.

I think more respect needs to be given to both sides from both sides. Pro life is a wonderful ideal but it should not be forced onto anyone.

I'm on the fence but this.

Society today as a whole is aware of the available contraception methods.

If they are ignorant of the fact that their actions without contraception can conceive a baby, well they should face the responsibilities of the upbringing of the child.

I think we are approaching the sex topic the wrong way. Teenagers are still going to experiment and we should be teaching them the importance of contraceptions. With this in mind, we could almost eliminate the issue of this pro-life vs pro-choice issue.

However we still got the religious restrictions on contraceptions and this can be a barrier.

I suppose it depends on what part of the country you live in and other factors in who you hang out with. It's obviously not true that you're the only interact with people who disagree it could feel like that.
