Is it normal to feel like people are looking at you weirdly ?

When going shopping (food ,clothes ) I would feel like the red sheep in the picture , like people are looking at me in a weird /hateful way and that i am different , even though i'm not ugly nor disabled , dress modestly , is it the lack of confidence that makes people look weirdly at another person ?or is it in my mind ? , is it normal to think this way ?

      Shotguns are cheap, versatile, and reliable; great weapons for those on a tight budget, like hobos.

    Next time you feel that way, stop, look someone in the eye who you believe is staring at you, and ask in a very loud voice "WAS I ON THE FUCKING NEWS OR SOMETHING?", perhaps accompanied by aggressive hand gestures which inadvertently reveal the Charter bulldog .44 snub holstered in your waistband. That always gets some memorable reactions.
