Is it normal to feel like cameras are always watching you?

Ok so everytime I play with myself or am naked in my room, I feel like a cameras are watching me and I get very grossed out! I do love to masturbate but I can't get turned on when I feel like someones watching me from a camera or even listening to me! Does anyone else feel like this, is this normal?
