Is it normal to feel light headed.

I recently had a big cut and I was losing blood and for maybe 3 days when I would stand up I would feel light headed but around a week later I still felt that light headedness when I would stand up and now it's about 2 weeks later and I'm still light headed when I stand up.

Id say ur hemoglobin is low... Drink adequate amounts of fluid, gatorade, take iron supplements, and see if it helps. If it does not improve bisit ur doctor, u may need a blood transfusion.

I would see a doctor if the problem persists.

It could be low blood pressure and taking iron supplements can help the blood replenish faster. But two weeks later is a little bad that you might want to talk to a doctor.

I agree with the above post. Try getting more iron in your diet. It helps deliver oxygen to your red blood cells, or something like that. I can't remember how my doctor explained it.
