Is it normal to feel hot then cd again when you are ill?

When I get sick I often get this hot then cold sensation. It is horrible and makes me feel event worse even though the thermometer says that I am at a normal temperature. IIN?

    @faceless, rofl. But yes its normal happens to most people, including me, when they are sick.
