I had the same exact thing. It's called pluritis and it's when a little bit of water gets in the lining of your lungs. It will pass, don't worry. BUT if it doesn't pass in 3 weeks or so then get checked out for bronchitis
I've had that since I was 6 i have acid reflux disease or whatever but basically avoid foods high in acid and take prevacid
I don't know if it's to do with my lungs. I have a feelin it's my heart but I hope otherwise, I can get this from any possition. It's pretty random
Is it after exercise? What position are you in when it happens? I used to drive with my arm around the seat next to me and I had chest pains. It musculoskeletal pain. I think I would get it checked, though. Chest pain should never ignored. It may be a gallbladder problem. Good luck.
Sometimes I get lung cramps that make it difficult to breathe and move. It only happens a couple times a year. So if that's what you're getting I say it's normal though not pleasant.
