Is it normal to feel guilty if you don't exercise?

After a whole day of sitting at school I feel bad (mentally) if I don't run or lift weights. I don't obsess about it, but it feels like I am becoming a blob if I don't exercise on a regular basis.

    I used to think this way too, so it made me workout like 8 days in a row which is really bad for you. Rest and recovery is key. When I realized I could go for an extended period without feeling like a blob then it helped me refocus on working out so I didn't over train. Don't worry too much about it, just keep exercising on a regular basis with rest days and you're good to go.
