When night comes, what happens in my room stays in my room. No moans, no groans. Just steady and unsteady hand movements. Once I hit my high, I fall soundlessly asleep. Then as soon as I wake up, I feel guilty as hell! I think that if my friends and family were to ever find out about this, they would definitely shun me. So I go through everyday feeling guilty. Then as soon as the sun drops, the guiltness goes away. My desires come out to play. Is it normal??

    Your friends and family do it too.

    You just need to update your view of masturbation. It's a normal and healthy sexual release.

    Masturbation is a normal phase of sexuality. Enjoy it without guilt.. You'll outgrow it soon, and have a real live sex partner.

    There's no need to feel guilty. Most people, whether they admit or it not, masturbate. Not only does it feel good but it has many health benefits too.

    I guess it depends on your background. (Are you Catholic?) But masturbation is normal. The guilt really shouldn't be there. Were you caught as a kid?

    Not normal to feel bad about this. Anyone who doesn't masturbate either has a sex drive problem or religious delusions.

    Your friends and family wouldn't shun you, 'cause most people today think masturbating is normal. If you have strong sexual urges, you really should do something about that, but I understand your guilt, because I find sexual things extremely disgusting.
