Iam a 18yo boy and when i play with my self i get EXTREMELY tired to the point i have no more energy or motivation to the rest of the day all i wanna do is sleep, i also feel really strange and kinda confused i dont know how to explain this but it seems the orgasm affects my brain in some wierd away. Yeah, guys release a hormone that makes them want to sleep after orgasm. Not sure the reason for it, but I actually masturbate to help me fall asleep sometimes.
