Is it normal to feel extreme pain when...

When I have lucid dreams (nightmares) I feel extreme pain in them? This happens almost every time I have a nightmare. And the times I just have a lucid dream and it is really clear, i don't know if I had been dreaming of it is real life and start to stress out because I don't know what one is real? So IIN? comment your opinions ect. Thanks

I have strange dreams and I can often feel in them. I guess those would lucid dreaming... Anyway, there have been times where I've felt pain, but I can't remember if it was extreme. I suppose it's normal, but it would depend on what you're doing in your dream. If you jump of a very tall building or get kicked by someone wearing steel toed boots, than yes. That would cause pain.

In a dream look at a clock then look away then look at the click again, the click will jump dramatically in a dream.

Your dreams are vivid if you cant tell the diffrence. A lucid dream is when you know your dreaming

yea just do reality checks and the above guy says. It also helps if you do them during the day so it residues into your dream

If you don't know which is real do a reality check. For example: cover up your nose and mouth with your hands, if you can still breathe, that means you're dreaming! If not, your probably awake. Do at least 2 different reality checks because sometimes the first one fails.
