Is it normal to feel emotional on weezer's "say it ain't so"

Is it normal to feel so emotional everytime I listening to Weezer's 'Say it ain't so'? Because I always feel such an emotional rush happens in my mind and feeling everytime I listen to this song.

    Normal. It's a pseudo-memory of 1994.

It's a great song. I wouldn't say I find it emotional, but I can see why you would.

Thanks for your comment. I'm not the only one feeling emotional. My eyes got teary and I feel like I'm gonna cry by the time when they reach the "dear daddy I write you in spite of years of silence...". You know that part, especially when Rivers sings the part about the son is drowning in the flood, it's just really really sad. My heart is crushing down everytime I hear that part.
