I feel a lil down too, but that comes from not being able to find a job, this economy is awful right now..
Change it. It won't just pass...take initiative. SOmetimes this happens when people are bored or don't feel useful. Find a hobby, a job, or volunteer. People with too much time to think are more prone to feeling depressed.
First: Review, revise, and edit your work.
Second: Being depressed sucks. I am also currently going through a very bad bought of depression, and I know how you feel. I know that I will come out of it in a few days, so I keep plugging along. You will also feel better in a few days.
It's very common for a slump like this during this time of year. Our bodies can convert sunlight to vitamin D. There is the least amount of sunlight now, and we also tend to stay inside because it's cold.
Ask your healthcare provider to do some blood work. Your solution may be as simple as a weekly super-dose of Vitamin D. Other out-of-wack blood levels can also bring on depression. He/she might even advise you to take medication or see someone who specializes mental illnesses.
