Is it normal to feel depressed every time you stay in

Almost any day that I'm not out with friends or doing work on a project of some kind, in other words just relaxing in my home on my own even if I feel I need a day to unwind. I feel almost guilty and slightly depressed because I'm not doing anything with my day this pretty much happens every time

Sounds pretty normal. I'm incredibly depressed if I stay indoors by myself. This just meens you need to stay out as often as possible and meet as many people as you can. Travel around.

You're probably depressed. You should seek professional help like therapy.

oh my god I get this! :’) Don’t really know what to say apart from I don’t see it as a bad thing just motivated to do something with your life! unless you have a self esteem issue just try to relax Or distract yourself

Is it normal that I tend to like to stay in with my boyfriend and my cat?

I guess it's somewhat normal, or at least common, to feel bad about not having done much. My mom is like that, and so is my boyfriend to a degree... scary. I tend to be rather lazy though.

To be completely honest I'm lazy as Hell myself. Now I want to do things as I have moved halfway across the country to live with my elderly parents, but I'm kinda screwed, because I still don't have a car.

Thanks for your response. This is gonna sound weird, but I was wondering if you remembered when you initially made this post. The website says it was seven months, but I dunno this thing tends to be kinda off. I guess I was just wondering, because when I read my response I though that I sounded happy. The thing is that the boyfriend I was referring to seemed like a really sweet guy, but turned out to be a psycho. I guess I'm wondering why it had to be that way, but but psychos are great at wearing masks. Anyway, sorry for my rant, I guess I'm just reflecting and feeling nostalgic. 😢

        • No I actually did post this 7 months ago hahaha I just kind of haven't used this site much even though I love it, and I hope you find solace about your ex, but I'd say you'll find a nice guy who isn't a psycho just gotta keep looking I guess, that's what I'm doing

Thanks sweetheart, I appreciate your response. I just counted it, and I guess that post was like a month before the shit hit the fan in my life. I guess I just want to work on myself until I get better so I won't meet another psycho. I wish you all the best in your quest as well.
