Reach out. Even if you don't want to.
Maybe start running. Running is surprisingly helpful.
I agree, physical activity is a great cure for the blahs. I don't like running but I love my bicycle. I don't think I have ever been sad while riding.
I highly recommend one. I ended up with a hybrid because I live in the city and spend most of my time on paved surfaces. Also, road bikes just feel weird to me.
I ended up getting one because a roommate left without paying their bills but forgot their bicycles. I sold them and bought my first new bike ever. I also got challenged to become a bike commuter and it seemed silly not to. The timing was great because I was dealing with a lot of stress from the roommates and my husband was out of town for work. And the bus is just terrible. But the bicycle was a nice little escape from all of that. And it felt good to ride. It made me feel healthy both physically and mentally.
And I miss it. I cannot ride at the moment due to being pregnant but I am eager to get back on after the baby is born. I think that's a good sign.
I have heard that hybrid bikes really aren't that great? I am thinking about getting a good mountain bike and maybe get some good dual purpose tires for it. I will mainly use it on the road, but I want to be able to take it off-road too.
Oh, you could get one of those baby carriages just for bicycles :)
I love mine. But I don't take it off road. I just don't like the design of roadbikes. And a pure mountain bike would be too much bike for me and my needs. I guess it all depends on what you want the bike for.
And I will be attaching a trailer to the back so baby can ride with me. :)
Maybe you are depressed. Was it triggered by an event that happened 3 months ago? What has helped me is to focus on happy thoughts, and forget about the sadness. Do whatever makes you distracted or happy and maybe the feeling should subside.
Damn, I've got the same :(
DUDE I wil tell you what to do.. follow my advices (it helps me):
-no matter what you think about yourself: meet a lot of friends
-party a lot, vodka isn't so bad, but drunk people are great
-smoke weed, don't give a f**k about it
-eat good food, oh God I love fast foods but do exercises LOL
-and go to doctor cuz I am crazy.
PEACE FOR YOU, SON
Visit your doctor. If this feeling is persistent and has been going on for a while, it looks like it isn't going to go away on it's own.
