I got in touch with this gal two years younger to me via a matrimonial site.. we chatted over the phone and on Whatsapp for almost a week and a half. We both got emotionally involved into each other.. now her mom is looking for someone else. This gal doesnt want to go against her mom.. I still have feelings for this gal.. she said sorry the relationship cant happen..and she'd only be my friend..I am feeling dejected.. is this normal?

    if it was me in your situation(having had a bad experience myself) i would probably just move on before i started to feel any worse... although i can't imagine how you are feeling
