Is it normal to feel dehydrated

It seems like the more water I drink the more dehydrated I get...I drink about 80 to 100 oz of water per day and I am constantly thirsty my throat feels dry and have chapped lips more often... I don't eat a lot of sodium filled products and I hate soda.. I do drink green tea in the mornings...anyone else have this same issue?

yea this same thing happen to me over like the past month I got it checked put by a dr and he said it's most likely your body trying to adjust to a hotter environment and your body just needs to pick up some hydration lost over the winter

Definitely check w/ a doctor. Not meaning to scare you but it can be a sign of diabetes or pititary dysfunction.

Thirst can be a sign of diabeaties. It's normal to recognize the signs of dehydration when you are a frequant water drinker. Better to be safe than sorry, I would get checked by a doctor

Caffeine is known to cause dehydration... Maybe that has something to do with it. Also extreme thirst can also signal medical issues. Wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.
