I feel like this too, but I have to shake peoples hands alot. So I've learned to go for it quickly without hesitation. If I don't people will think I have dirty hands.

Really? Me too.
Just today, I had to shake two people's hands and it made me feel uncomfortable because I think people's hands are germy. Especially cold, clammy hands, eww! But out of social politeness, I shake people's hands, without flinching.

Howie Mandel the comedian is like this. I don't think it's normal though. It can be controlled a bit though with help. Howie is afraid of other peoples germs. Is that why you do it?
