Is it normal to feel constantly watched?

A lot of the time I feel like I'm always being watched not really in a creepy way, but although everything has eyes and is looking at me. (especially things with eyes or pictures and photos). I always change behind my shower curtain when I have a shower incase someone is watching me. Is this normal ?
