Is it normal to feel chills when my family tries to kiss me?

My family often has a tendency to want to kiss my cheek or my forehead. I don't have a problem with it but whenever they do I seem to always feel chills. I don't know why, I used to have problems with people touching me. I honestly thought it was fixed now :/

    Just a personal preference, I guess. My hot older sister took up quick-lip kissing one holiday season for some reason, but, only keeps it up with me. At one gathering, I asked her why, not that I was anywhere near complaining, getting to press mine onto her soft, pink, sensual lips for at times longer than a quick-kiss, and she said "Because we, you and I, can..I know you like it, and I like kissing you. It's just us". I'll take it.
