Is it normal to feel caught in a life?

I feel caught in a life. I say "a life" no "my life" because I hate this life that I have and calling it "my life" would mean I accept it as mine and I don't.

I wanna get outside of this country, I feel like there's no way out of my life and the only option is to give in. I believe I was destinied for greater things but I'm stuck. I wanna move away from this country. I wanna be free from bulimia, anorexia, anxiety, depression after 11 I'm done but these disorders have a tight grip and won't let me go. I'm at my wits end and 2013 will be my.downfall.
