Is it normal to feel attracted to older men?

I'm 18 years old now for a month and already two years ago I realized that I'm attracted to older men. I know with 18 I'm legal so I can have feelings for anyone I want to but still I'm not sure if this could have mental reason. I don't have a father complex or anything like that so..
There is this man he works in a office and I always see him there at work sitting alone on the computer at 5 am. He is, I guess 40-45 years old. I have never really talked to him only "good morning" and stuff. He has a really cute smile, he is tall and he is hard working. I feel really attracted to him and besides he is quite handsome for his age.
So um just wanted to know what you guys think of that? thanks!

    It's normal to find anyone attractive, however, if you're thinking about dating an older guy...be careful! Their pace will be different than yours, they're slowing down in life while you're just getting started and full of energy!

    I'm like that too... I guess it's just their maturity and typically greater intelligence that attracts me, as it's harder to find in people my age (20)

    i'm an older guy that just lost a woderful women 18 years younger than i and i can tell you in retrospect that i love her deaply. i understand why she left and it had nothing to do with age. i was a little self consiuos about the age difference but it did last. life takes care of that. friends family acceptance by loved ones is a cure for this. the breakup made me realise that i didnt just miss her because of sex and a pretty body but all the things that people get from being a good match humor fun common interest. conversation is going to occupy more time than sex even if it's in bed.

    A lot of young women are attracted to older men. Then when you get older you may find yourself attracted to younger men. Its normal though. You like who you like
